It’s craft beer for a cause at the 8th year of Shops With Hops! We’re excited for you to participate. Please review the information below before submitting the sign-up form.

This is a fun one! How it works:

All participating breweries will be assigned a shop in which to set up and pour. You and your shop are designated as an official stop on the Shops with Hops route. Most stops will be paired 1:1 with only one brewery at each shop - most shops have participated previously in this event so it tends to run very smoothly!
Event attendees receive a map of the official route, a tasting glass, and a wristband. Breweries pour samples directly into the tasting glasses as attendees visit each stop. Attendees may ask to sample one or each of the products you are featuring.
Pouring has a hard stop at 5:00 pm - at that time, everyone is invited to the after-party fundraiser. A portion of ticket sales and all after party proceeds go to Getting Heroes Home - a local non-profit that provides emergency travel accommodations for military personnel.

Brewery expectations:

This event annually sells out at 300-350 attendees. You will provide enough product to serve samples for full event attendance. Our tasting glasses are 5oz, but most breweries only fill them half way.
Event supplies will be provided by our team (dump bucket, tables/pouring area, spray bottle, towels, ice, etc.).
You will make all efforts and accommodations to provide a staff representative to fulfill your spot as an official stop on the route.
