This is a fun one! How it works:
All participating shops will be assigned a brewery that will pour samples for event attendees. You and your brewery are designated as an official stop on the Shops with Hops route. Most stops will be paired 1:1 with only one brewery at each shop.
Event attendees receive a map of the official route, a tasting glass, and a wristband.
Pouring has a hard stop at 5:00 pm - at that time, everyone is invited to the after-party fundraiser.
Participating shop expectations:
Shops must provide a table or counterspace for the breweries to set up.
Please consider where the brewery will be set up — indoors or outdoors — and allow for adequate space for event attendees to peruse your shop.
Plan for high volumes of foot traffic during the event and please make sure you are adequately staffed that day - this event always sells out with anywhere between 350-400 attendees.
